William L. Cobb, 82, Indianapolis, IN passed away October 4, 2017.
He was born on October 21, 1934 in Bastrop, LA to Earl and Lorene Cobb (Garner).
On May 8th, 1959 he married his sweetheart Patricia Forehand and later had 2 children.
William worked for Allison Transmission as a machine operator and retired from there November 1, 1992.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at noon with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at Indiana Funeral Care 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Westside Church of Christ, 2675 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221.

I’m so glad Sue and I had the opportunity to know Bill. He was truly a very giving and loving person. Always spoke when he saw us and we will truly miss that. Always willing to help and we will all miss that. Our prayers go out to Pat and his loving and caring family.
